ENTREPRENEURSHIP The objective of this domain is to Create an entrepreneurial-friendly environment in every Panchayath is the primary objective and to develop entrepreneurial skills among teens, youth, women & the disabled. By creating more job opportunities they can achieve economic stability. The entrepreneurship domain deals with the overall empowerment of the individuals, their organizations, and later society. Nearly 35% of Indian youth who are graduates and above graduation are Unemployed, other problems they face in rural-urban sectors are Lack of Financial means, social exclusion, low income, financial illiteracy, poverty, psycho-social disorders, lack of career satisfaction, lack of creativity, productivity & innovative approach, moral degradation, lack of freedom, lack of financial security, lack of social acceptance, lack of life skill development. At the same time, we realize the fact that no country can ever truly flourish if it stifles the potential of its women and deprives itself of the contributions of half of its citizens that is youth. There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women and youth. If they understood and exercised their potential they could remake the world. By understanding these two scenarios we have designed our solution approach to empower youth and women. Problems are a sign that there is hope for innovation and promising a better tomorrow. Our major goal is economic empowerment of youth and women, eradication of unemployment, and social inclusion of few communities through entrepreneurship education. We are trying to promote an entrepreneurship-friendly ecosystem through entrepreneurship education and training. Entrepreneurship is an employment strategy that can lead to economic self-sufficiency and it can create more job opportunities. Our project focuses on the creation of entrepreneurs with a strong emphasis to encourage and empower rural, urban youth, women, and differently-abled. Our project execution will be based on a proven curriculum. From campus, we will train them based on their aptitude and passion for entrepreneurship so that they will be empowered with proper clarity on their vocational aspect and when they finish university education soon they can step into their entrepreneurial journey. And we collect data on women, disabled and unemployed youth with the help of local self govt. We organize various programs to empower them as entrepreneurs and contribute more to the micro and small, medium enterprise sector. Whatever training we give on campus will execute the same to empower youth, women, and disabled categories who are part of our program from outside the campus. Students after attending the orientation program, undergo various psychometric evaluation procedures and entrepreneurship aptitude tests. We will finalize the number of students who are selected from each campus and they will be a part of our project and they will undergo further training and they enter into the main program “DESIGN YOUR DESTINY AN ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY”.Our entrepreneurship education prepares them to be responsible, enterprising individuals who can become entrepreneurs and they are confident to tackle any problem that comes their way. While undergoing entrepreneurship education They learn to take risks, they close the skill gap and upskill themselves, they promote technology, innovation, and creativity, they develop financial habits and financial discipline, learn asset- building, marketing strategies, organizational skills, time management, leadership development, interpersonal skills, business etiquettes, industrial trends, learn how to address market failures, learn to develop strategic plans and more and more. While undergoing entrepreneurship education they will get opportunities to visit industrial sites, meet entrepreneurs listen to their failures and success stories which help them to gain insights. Youth lead companies can stimulate innovation across the SME landscape and also they can leverage new technologies enabling cloud-based services into the business landscape that can help SMEs connect to global markets. In connection with our activities in the community upliftment mission, we provide entrepreneurship training with specific attention to women and people who are differently-abled. All Training under this domain is led by a team of highly trained professionals with a structured curriculum on entrepreneurship education. Collaborating with state govt. industrial dept. and startup mission in empowering upcoming entrepreneurs and Provide them various training and seminars including legal & financial guidance with industrial insights is part of our curriculum. We can develop social entrepreneurs and commercial entrepreneurs through this project. We provide guidance and training in the following areas: suggesting creative scalable business plans, providing basic business legal & financial education based on state and national policies by industrial experts, provide support in seed funding, Connecting to angels and finding investors, conducting business workshops, organizing exhibitions. And we can connect better business models with BETTER INDIA ATAL INNOVATION MISSION. Our vision is to develop a large number of enterprises led by successful business professionals who can contribute to society and develop our nation by being financially independent and committed to developing our country.
